Suspected militants hurled a grenade on a CRPF camp at Safa Kadal in old town late this evening.
A police officer said that the militants hurled a grenade on 161 bn CRPF camp at Braripora, Safakdal. However, the device missed the target and exploded outside the sentry post along the roadside.
"In the blast four vehicles including two auto rickshaws, one santro and a school bus suffered damage, "the officer said. There was no injury to any person in the incident, the officer said. He said that a case has been registered in this regard and further investigations initiated.
